Brisbane Home Show Giveaways
Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Aye Bros Construction Group Brisbane Home Show Main Giveaway and “Draw Your Dream Home” Kids’ Competition.

By submitting an entry, the entrant – or the parent or legal guardian submitting for a child – agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Supplementary Prize Notice: On 29 September 2026, the Promoter added four supplementary prizes for eligible Main Giveaway entrants. The original Main Giveaway prize and Kids’ Competition prizes remain unchanged. Please see the Supplementary Prize Notice following section 24.

Second Supplementary Prize Notice: On 8 October 2026, the Promoter added two further supplementary project-credit prizes for eligible remaining Main Giveaway entrants. Please see the Second Supplementary Prize Notice following the original Supplementary Prize Notice.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is:

Aye Bros Construction Group Pty Ltd
ABN: 67 675 796 577
Brisbane, Queensland

Email: [email protected]
Phone: 1300 110 888
Website: https://ayebroscg.com.au

2. Promotional Period

Entries for both promotions open at 9:00 am AEST on Friday, 11 September 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 27 September 2026.

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

The time recorded by the Promoter’s website and entry system will be used to determine whether an entry was received within the Promotional Period.

3. General Eligibility

Entry is open to Queensland residents who satisfy the requirements of the relevant promotion.

The property proposed for the project must:

  • Be located within 25 kilometres of Brisbane CBD and within Brisbane or nearby parts of Ipswich or Logan.
  • Be owned or co-owned by the entrant, submitting parent or guardian, or an immediate member of their household; or the relevant person must have the property owner’s written authority
  • Be suitable for an eligible Aye Bros Construction Group project

Directors, employees and officers of the Promoter, contractors directly involved in administering the promotions, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, identity, residency, property ownership, authority or other eligibility requirements before awarding a prize.

Entry is free. A purchase, attendance at the Brisbane Home Show, social-media post or social-media account is not required.

4. Valid Entries

Entries must:

  • Be submitted through the applicable official form on the Aye Bros Construction Group website
  • Be complete, accurate and submitted within the Promotional Period
  • Satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements
  • Include all required declarations and consents

Automated, bulk, third-party, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

If more entries are received than permitted, only the first valid entry received will be considered.

Technical problems, internet interruptions or unsuccessful uploads do not extend the closing time. Entrants should retain confirmation of their submission where possible.

Part A: Main Giveaway

5. Main Giveaway Entry Requirement

To enter the Main Giveaway, an entrant must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Be a Queensland resident
  • Complete and submit the Main Giveaway entry form during the Promotional Period
  • Provide their name, mobile number, email address, suburb, postcode and requested project information
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy

Only one Main Giveaway entry is permitted per person.

6. Main Giveaway Prize

One valid entrant will win:

  • A $5,000 Aye Bros Construction Group project credit; and
  • One ABCG Merchandise Pack, containing items selected by the Promoter and valued at approximately $450 incl. GST

The project credit may only be applied to a new eligible Aye Bros Construction Group renovation, extension or granny-flat project with a minimum contract value of $55,000 incl. GST before the prize credit or any other discount is applied.

The merchandise pack contents are subject to availability. If an advertised or intended item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of reasonably equivalent or greater retail value.

7. Main Giveaway Draw

The Main Giveaway winner will be selected from all valid entries using a computer-generated random selection at approximately 10:00 am AEST on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at the Promoter’s office in Brisbane, Queensland.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of selection.

The first valid and eligible entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification.

The Main Giveaway is a game of chance. Skill does not determine the winner.

Part B: “Draw Your Dream Home” Kids’ Competition

8. Kids’ Competition Eligibility

The Kids’ Competition is open to children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusive on the date their entry is submitted.

Every entry must be submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian, who must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Be a Queensland resident
  • Have authority to submit the entry and provide the required consents
  • Satisfy the property and project eligibility requirements
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy

The two age categories are:

  • Ages 4–7
  • Ages 8–12

There will be one winner in each age category.

9. Kids’ Competition Entry Requirements

To enter, the parent or legal guardian must:

  • Have the child complete the Aye Bros Construction Group “Draw Your Dream Home” activity sheet
  • Ensure the submitted artwork is the child’s own original creation
  • Complete and submit the official online entry form during the Promotional Period
  • Provide the requested parent or guardian details, child’s first name and age, and project information
  • Upload a clear JPG, PNG or PDF copy of the completed artwork, with a maximum file size of 10 MB
  • Provide all required declarations and consents

The child must create the artwork. A parent or guardian may help download, print, scan, photograph or upload the entry but must not create the artwork for the child.

Entries must not:

  • Be copied or traced from another person’s work
  • Be created by an adult or generated using artificial intelligence
  • Infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark or other rights
  • Contain offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or inappropriate material

Only one entry is permitted per child. A parent or guardian may submit entries for more than one eligible child.

If children from the same household rank first in both age categories, only one prize may be awarded to that household. The entry with the higher total score will remain the provisional winner. If the total scores are equal, the tie-break process in section 10 will apply. The next highest-ranked eligible entry in the other age category will become the provisional winner for that category.

10. Kids’ Competition Judging

Valid entries will be judged separately within each age category by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.

Entries will be assessed according to:

  • Creativity and imagination
  • Originality
  • Interpretation of the “Draw Your Dream Home” theme
  • Effort, detail and age-appropriate expression

Entries will be considered relative to the child’s age category. Professional drawing ability is not required.

The highest-scoring valid entry in each age category will be selected as the provisional winner, subject to verification.

If entries receive equal total scores, the entry with the higher score for creativity and imagination will rank higher. If they remain tied, the entry with the higher score for originality will rank higher. If they are still tied, the judging panel will determine the winner based on overall interpretation of the theme.

The Kids’ Competition is a game of skill. Chance does not determine the winners.

11. Kids’ Competition Prizes

There are two Kids’ Competition prizes – one for each age category.

Each winner will receive:

  • A $2,000 Aye Bros Construction Group project credit towards their family’s eligible project; and
  • One Junior Builder Prize Pack, containing items selected by the Promoter and valued at approximately $160 incl. GST

Each project credit may only be applied to a new eligible Aye Bros Construction Group project with a minimum contract value of $25,000 incl. GST before the prize credit or any other discount is applied.

The Junior Builder Prize Pack contents are subject to availability. If an intended item becomes unavailable or is unsuitable for the winner’s age or size, the Promoter may substitute an appropriate item of reasonably equivalent or greater retail value.

Part C: Prize Conditions Applying to Both Promotions

12. Project Credit Conditions

Each project credit:

  • Applies only to a new eligible project and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing, commenced or previously contracted work
  • Will be applied as a credit against the agreed contract price
  • Is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be sold, assigned or provided to another person outside the eligible household
  • Cannot be combined with another project credit, prize, discount or promotional offer on the same project unless the Promoter agrees in writing
  • Cannot be divided between multiple projects
  • Has no cash value if it is not used in full
  • Is subject to the winner complying with these Terms and the applicable building contract

A person or household may win across both promotions, but only one project credit may be applied to any single project.

The winner is responsible for paying the remaining contract price and all other agreed project costs.

The project remains subject to:

  • Property and site suitability
  • The Promoter’s licensing and service capabilities
  • Design, engineering, planning and building requirements
  • Required approvals and permits
  • Product, trade and construction availability
  • The Promoter’s normal consultation, quotation and contracting process
  • The parties entering into an appropriate written building contract

The Promoter is not required to undertake work that it cannot lawfully or reasonably perform or that falls outside the advertised project and service-area requirements.

13. Redemption Deadline

A provisional winner must accept their prize within seven calendar days of the Promoter’s first notification.

The winner must:

  • Arrange an initial project consultation with the Promoter within three months of being notified; and
  • Enter into an eligible written building contract with the Promoter within six months of being notified

If these requirements are not met, the project credit will expire unless the Promoter agrees to an extension in writing before the applicable deadline.

Future promotions or Home Show giveaways do not extend the redemption period.

14. Winner Notification and Verification

Provisional winners will be contacted by email and phone within two business days of the draw or judging.

The Promoter will make at least two reasonable contact attempts using the details provided with the entry.

Each provisional winner – or the parent or guardian of a Kids’ Competition winner – must respond and accept the prize within seven calendar days of the first notification.

Before confirming a winner, the Promoter may require evidence of:

  • Identity and age
  • Queensland residency
  • Parent or legal guardian status
  • Child’s age
  • Property ownership or the owner’s authority
  • Project location and eligibility
  • Compliance with these Terms and Conditions

A person is not a confirmed winner until eligibility has been verified and the Promoter has confirmed the prize in writing.

15. Unclaimed or Invalid Prizes

If the provisional Main Giveaway winner:

  • Cannot be contacted
  • Does not respond within seven calendar days
  • Declines the prize
  • Is found to be ineligible; or
  • Does not provide requested verification

The Promoter may conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries on the next practical business day.

If a provisional Kids’ Competition winner does not accept the prize or is found to be ineligible, the next highest-ranked valid entry in that age category will become the provisional winner.

Replacement provisional winners will be contacted and subject to the same verification and acceptance requirements.

16. Publication of Winners

After eligibility and acceptance are confirmed, the Promoter may publish:

  • For the Main Giveaway winner: first name, surname initial and suburb
  • For each Kids’ Competition winner: the child’s first name, age or age category and winning artwork

The Promoter will not publish an entrant’s phone number, email address, street address or other private contact details.

A child’s surname will not be published.

17. Artwork Ownership and Permission

Copyright in a child’s original artwork remains with the child.

By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian grants the Promoter non-exclusive, royalty-free permission for 24 months after the Promotional Period ends to reproduce, display, resize and publish the artwork for:

  • Administering and publicising the competition
  • Announcing and celebrating the winners
  • Displaying entries on the Promoter’s website, social-media accounts or Home Show materials
  • Promoting Aye Bros Construction Group’s Home Show activities

Content first published during that 24 month period may remain visible in the Promoter’s historical website or social-media archives after the period ends. The artwork will not be reposted, reused in new promotional material or otherwise republished after the 24 month period without fresh written consent from the parent or legal guardian.

The Promoter may identify the artwork using only the child’s first name and age or age category unless separate written consent is obtained.

The parent or legal guardian confirms that the artwork is the child’s original work and that they have authority to grant this permission.

18. Privacy and Marketing

Personal information will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the Aye Bros Construction Group Privacy Policy: https://ayebroscg.com.au/privacy-policy

Personal information is collected to administer the promotions, verify eligibility, contact entrants and winners, award prizes and maintain appropriate records.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from competition entry. Declining marketing consent does not affect eligibility or the chance of winning.

Entrants who consent to marketing may withdraw their consent at any time.

19. Social Media and Event Disclaimer

Sharing an entry on social media, tagging @ayebrosconstructiongroup or using #AyeBrosDreamHome2026 is optional and does not increase the chance of winning.

These promotions are conducted solely by Aye Bros Construction Group Pty Ltd. They are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Linktree, the Brisbane Home Show or its organisers.

Entrants release those parties from responsibility relating to the administration of the promotions to the extent permitted by law.

20. Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify an entrant who:

  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions
  • Provides false, incomplete or misleading information
  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods
  • Infringes another person’s rights
  • Engages in unlawful, dishonest, offensive or inappropriate conduct connected with the promotion

If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent a promotion from being conducted as planned, the Promoter may reasonably suspend, modify or cancel it, subject to applicable law and without unfairly prejudicing valid entrants.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss caused by:

  • A late, lost, corrupted or unsuccessful entry
  • Internet, website, email or telecommunications failure
  • Incorrect contact information supplied by an entrant
  • Unauthorised use of an entry by another person
  • Events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control

The Promoter remains responsible for providing confirmed prizes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

22. Decisions and Disputes

The Promoter’s decisions concerning eligibility, verification, the random draw and administration of the promotions are final, subject to applicable law.

The Kids’ Competition judging panel’s decisions concerning artistic assessment and scoring are final, subject to applicable law.

Questions or concerns should first be sent to [email protected] so the Promoter has an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

24. Acceptance

Submitting an entry confirms that the entrant – or the parent or legal guardian submitting on behalf of a child – has read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Supplementary Prize Notice

Published: 29 September 2026

S1. Purpose of this notice

Following the close of entries, the Promoter has elected to provide four additional supplementary prizes for eligible Main Giveaway entrants.

These supplementary prizes are additional to the original Main Giveaway prize described in section 6. They do not replace, reduce or otherwise affect the original Main Giveaway prize or the Kids’ Competition prizes.

Except where expressly supplemented by this notice, the Brisbane Home Show Giveaways Terms and Conditions dated 10 September 2026 continue to apply.

S2. Eligible entries

Every valid Main Giveaway entry received during the Promotional Period will automatically be included in the supplementary prize draw.

No additional entry or action is required. Entries received after the original closing time will not be accepted.

The provisional winner selected in the original Main Giveaway draw will be excluded from the supplementary prize draw.

S3. Supplementary prizes

Four separate supplementary prizes will be awarded.

Each supplementary prize consists of an Aye Bros Construction Group project credit equal to 5% of the eligible contract price, including GST, up to a maximum credit of $5,000 including GST.

The percentage will be calculated using the eligible contract price before the supplementary credit or any other agreed discount is applied.

No minimum contract value applies to a supplementary prize. However, the project must:

  • Be a new eligible Aye Bros Construction Group project

  • Satisfy the property, location and project requirements in these Terms and Conditions

  • Be work that the Promoter can lawfully and reasonably undertake

  • Proceed through the Promoter’s normal consultation, quotation and contracting process

  • Be accepted by both parties under an appropriate written contract

The supplementary prizes do not include an ABCG Merchandise Pack or Junior Builder Prize Pack.

Each supplementary project credit is subject to the project credit conditions and redemption deadlines in sections 12 and 13.

S4. Supplementary prize draw

The supplementary prize draw will be conducted at approximately 2:00 pm AEST on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at the Promoter’s office in Brisbane, Queensland.

After the original Main Giveaway provisional winner has been selected and removed from the supplementary draw pool, four separate valid entries will be selected using a computer-generated random selection.

Selections will be made without replacement so that four different entrants are selected. Each remaining valid Main Giveaway entry will have an equal chance of selection.

The first four valid and eligible entries randomly selected will become the provisional supplementary winners, subject to eligibility verification and prize acceptance.

The supplementary prize draw is a game of chance. Skill does not determine the winners.

S5. Notification, verification and acceptance

Each provisional supplementary winner will be contacted by email and phone within two business days of the supplementary draw.

The Promoter will make at least two reasonable contact attempts using the details supplied with the entry.

Each provisional supplementary winner must respond and accept the prize within seven calendar days of the Promoter’s first notification.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, Queensland residency, project location, property ownership or authority and compliance with the applicable eligibility requirements.

A person is not a confirmed supplementary winner until their eligibility has been verified and the Promoter has confirmed the prize in writing.

Accepting the supplementary prize within seven calendar days does not require the provisional winner to enter into a building contract during that seven-day period. The consultation and contracting deadlines in section 13 apply.

S6. Unclaimed, declined or invalid supplementary prizes

If a provisional supplementary winner:

  • Cannot be contacted

  • Does not respond within seven calendar days

  • Declines the prize

  • Is found to be ineligible

  • Does not provide requested verification

the Promoter may conduct a further computer-generated random draw from the remaining valid Main Giveaway entries on the next practical business day.

Any replacement provisional supplementary winner will be subject to the same eligibility, verification and acceptance requirements.

If a supplementary winner is subsequently selected as a replacement winner of the original Main Giveaway under section 15, they will receive the original Main Giveaway prize and their supplementary prize will be redrawn from the remaining valid entries. A person cannot receive both the original Main Giveaway prize and a supplementary prize.

S7. Publication of supplementary winners

After eligibility and prize acceptance are confirmed, the Promoter may publish each supplementary winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb.

The Promoter will not publish a winner’s phone number, email address, street address or other private contact information.

S8. Interaction with the original Terms and Conditions

Sections 3-5 and 12-24 of the original Terms and Conditions apply to the supplementary prizes to the extent relevant.

A supplementary project credit cannot be combined with the original Main Giveaway credit, a Kids’ Competition credit, another supplementary credit, another prize, discount or promotional offer on the same project unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.

If there is an inconsistency between this notice and the original Terms and Conditions concerning a supplementary prize, this Supplementary Prize Notice applies only to that supplementary prize.

The original Main Giveaway and Kids’ Competition prizes remain governed by the original Terms and Conditions dated 10 September 2026.

Second Supplementary Prize Notice

Published: 8 October 2026

Updated draw date: Wednesday 14 October 2026

Draw update

The additional supplementary prize draw did not take place at the originally scheduled time of approximately 2:00 pm AEST on Friday, 9 October 2026. It was rescheduled and conducted at approximately 2:00 pm AEST on Wednesday, 14 October 2026. The number, value and eligibility conditions of the prizes remained unchanged.

SS1. Purpose of this notice

Following the strong response to the Brisbane Home Show Main Giveaway, the Promoter has elected to provide two further supplementary project-credit prizes for eligible remaining Main Giveaway entrants.

These prizes are additional to the original Main Giveaway prize and the four supplementary prizes described in the Supplementary Prize Notice published on 29 September 2026. They do not replace, reduce or otherwise affect the original Main Giveaway prize, the first four supplementary prizes or the Kids’ Competition prizes.

Except where expressly supplemented by this notice, the Brisbane Home Show Giveaways Terms and Conditions dated 10 September 2026 continue to apply.

SS2. Eligible entries

Every valid Main Giveaway entry received during the original Promotional Period will automatically be included in this additional supplementary prize draw, except:

  • The original Main Giveaway provisional or confirmed winner

  • Any entrant previously selected as a provisional or confirmed supplementary winner under the Supplementary Prize Notice published on 29 September 2026

  • Any replacement provisional or confirmed supplementary winner selected under section S6 of that notice

  • Any entrant who is otherwise ineligible under the original Terms and Conditions

No additional entry or action is required. Entries received after the original closing time will not be accepted.

SS3. Additional Supplementary prizes

Two separate additional supplementary prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of an Aye Bros Construction Group project credit equal to 5% of the eligible contract price, including GST, up to a maximum credit of $2,000 including GST.

The percentage will be calculated using the eligible contract price before the supplementary credit or any other agreed discount is applied.

No minimum contract value applies. However, the project must:

  • Be a new eligible Aye Bros Construction Group project

  • Satisfy the property, location and project requirements in the original Terms and Conditions

  • Be work that the Promoter can lawfully and reasonably undertake

  • Proceed through the Promoter’s normal consultation, quotation and contracting process

  • Be accepted by both parties under an appropriate written contract

These prizes do not include an ABCG Merchandise Pack or Junior Builder Prize Pack. Each project credit is subject to the project credit conditions and redemption deadlines in sections 12 and 13 of the original Terms and Conditions.

SS4. Additional Supplementary prize draw

The draw was conducted at approximately 2:00 pm AEST on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 at the Promoter’s office in Brisbane, Queensland.

After any replacement draw required under section S6 of the Supplementary Prize Notice published on 29 September 2026 has been completed, two different valid entries will be selected using a computer-generated random selection without replacement.

Each entry remaining in the eligible draw pool will have an equal chance of selection.

The first two valid and eligible entries randomly selected will become the provisional additional supplementary winners, subject to eligibility verification and prize acceptance.

The draw is a game of chance. Skill does not determine the winners.

SS5. Notification, verification and acceptance

Each provisional winner will be contacted by email and phone within two business days of the draw. The Promoter will make at least two reasonable contact attempts using the details supplied with the original entry.

Each provisional winner must respond and accept the prize within seven calendar days of the Promoter’s first notification.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, Queensland residency, project location, property ownership or authority and compliance with the applicable eligibility requirements.

A person is not a confirmed winner until their eligibility has been verified and the Promoter has confirmed the prize in writing.

Accepting the prize during the seven-day response period does not require the provisional winner to enter into a building contract during that period. The consultation and contracting deadlines in section 13 apply.

SS6. Unclaimed, declined or invalid supplementary prizes

If a provisional supplementary winner:

  • Cannot be contacted

  • Does not respond within seven calendar days

  • Declines the prize

  • Is found to be ineligible

  • Does not provide requested verification

the Promoter may conduct a further computer-generated random draw from the remaining valid entries on the next practical business day.

Any replacement provisional winner will be subject to the same eligibility, verification and acceptance requirements.

SS7. Publication of supplementary winners

After eligibility and prize acceptance are confirmed, the Promoter may publish each winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb.

The Promoter will not publish a winner’s phone number, email address, street address or other private contact information.

SS8. Interaction with the existing Terms and Conditions

Sections 3–5 and 12–24 of the original Terms and Conditions apply to these additional supplementary prizes to the extent relevant.

An additional supplementary project credit cannot be combined with the original Main Giveaway credit, a Kids’ Competition credit, another supplementary credit, another prize, discount or promotional offer on the same project unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.

If there is an inconsistency between this notice and the original Terms and Conditions concerning either of these two additional prizes, this Second Supplementary Prize Notice applies only to those prizes.

The original Main Giveaway prize, Kids’ Competition prizes and first four supplementary prizes remain governed by their applicable original terms and notices.
